Can I keep my current phone number if I switch all my services to BT from another provider?

If you currently have your telephone services provided by another company (e.g. a cable operator), then we should be able to transfer your number to your new BT account.
All you need to do is tell us:- What company you are using
- Your existing account number
You won't be charged for this transfer. We'll liaise with your current cable provider to ensure that you do not have a break in service. And, if for any reason we cannot transfer your number to BT, we'll give you a new number for free.
