    What information do I need when I contact BT to arrange a reconnection?

    • We need your address and postcode to set up a reconnection. If you're bringing an existing phone number with you, then we'll need the account number from your current provider. Also, if you plan to settle your account using Direct Debit, we will need your bank details.
