    how do I change my account address?

    • You can only change the account address if you are the account holder.

       

      How you will be able to change your address depends on how long your Orange account has been active for.

       

       

      if your account has been active for less than 3 months

       

      You'll need to call customer services from a handset that is active on the account that you want to change the address on.

       

      Before calling make sure you have your new address, postcode and landline number (if you have one) to hand.

       

      If your account has been active for less than 1 month then when you call you'll be transferred to the registrations department as you’ll need to be re-credit checked.

       

      To call customer services dial 150 from your handset.

       

       

      if your account has been active for 3 months or more

       

      You can change your address:

      • Online at Your Account, once you've logged in click on 'change your details' and then 'change your account address'.

      • By calling 150 from a handset that is active on the account that you want to change the address on. Before calling make sure you have your new address, postcode and landline number (if you have one) to hand.

       

      if you don't know how long your account has been active for

       

      If you try and change your address via Your Account and your Orange account hasn’t been active for at least 3 months then you’ll see a message asking you to call 150.

       

       

      if you want to change your address to an overseas address

       

      You can only change your billing address to an overseas address, your account address must be a UK address.

       

      In order to be able to change your billing address to a one overseas you:

      • must have a UK address on your account still for credit purposes

      • must pay by Direct Debit, from a UK registered bank

      If you can fulfil the above criteria then call 150 from a handset that is active on the account that you want to change the address on.
