how do I change my pay as you go account address?

You can only change the account address if you are the account holder.
Before changing your address with us make sure you have your new address, postcode and landline number (if you have one) to hand.
You can change your address:
Online at Your Account, once you’ve logged in click on ‘change your details’ and then ‘change your account address’.
By calling 450 from your handset or 07973 100 450 from a landline and speaking to a Customer Services agent (call charges may vary).
