Adjust your aspect ratio to fit your TV screen

    • Answer
    • Is your Sky picture too big for your TV screen? Are parts of the picture missing? You can quickly adjust the aspect ratio (screen size) using your Sky remote control.

Change the Sky TV aspect ratio:

      1. Press services on your Sky remote control and you will see the main menu with Optionshighlighted.
      2. Highlight the Settings menu using the right arrow buttion and press select
      3. Press select to enter the Picture menu.Scart_RF1_RF2
      4. Highlight SCART/RF1 Picture Format and select 16:9.
      5. Highlight RF2 Picture Format and select16:9.
      • If your settings are already 16:9 and you're not seeing the whole picture, try switching the picture format to 4:3 instead. This may produce a slight stretching effect, but it will allow the picture to fill the screen.
      1. Press the green button to save your new settings.
      2. Press sky to return to normal viewing.
