- Question
When I receive some files by Bluetooth I am not able to open them, why?
- Answer
- If the file you are trying to access has DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection then you will need a license known as a ‘Rights Objects’ file to play or view it. This licence acts as a key to unlock the file. In order to open the file you will need to purchase the game, picture, video etc; or if you have previously purchased the media, to download it again because the licence is missing.
