What do I need to provide as proof on my No Claims Discount (NCD)
Please provides us with you most recent renewal notice or letter from your previous insurance company.
The renewal notice or letter will need to confirm the following:
Insurance companies name
Policy number
Your name

Am I insured to drive someone else's car?
Your policy may give you Third Party Cover when driving someone else's car. Please refer to Section 5 of your current Certificate of Motor Insurance, which tells you if you have this cover. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Services Department on 0871 882 0000 (calls to 0871 numbers are charged at 8p per minute plus network extras).

Will I be charged for making amends or cancelling my motor policy?
There will not be an admin charge for any changes made during the renewal period however there may be a change in premium. Any cancellation outside of the 14 day cooling off period will incur a £35 charge if it is outside of the first year.
