A clear, step-by-step guide for Sky customers to enable and use Priority Inbox.
Overview
Priority Inbox separates likely important messages from other mail so you see what matters first. It works in Sky Yahoo Mail on sky.com and learns from the messages you open, reply to, or mark as important.

Tips to teach Priority Inbox
Tip: Mark messages as important, reply to or star key emails, and add important contacts to the always-important list to help the system learn faster.
Troubleshooting common issues
Can’t find Priority Inbox? Make sure you are signed in with your Sky iD and viewing Sky Yahoo Mail on sky.com. Some older apps and third-party clients don’t expose web-only settings.
Changes not appearing? Sign out and sign back in, or clear your browser cache and refresh the page. Web interfaces sometimes need a refresh to show new settings.
Sent messages flagged as high priority? This is often caused by settings in your email app rather than Sky Mail itself; check the app’s message priority or flag settings.
Reversing Priority Inbox
Priority Inbox is reversible. If you prefer the classic inbox view, return to Settings and turn Priority Inbox off. Your messages remain unchanged — only the view is different.
