'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the HP Product Will Not Print
Issue
error message 'Printer is offline' displays on the computer, and the HP product won't print. The following symptoms might also accompany this issue, and this document does address these other symptoms:

The toolbar of Easy-WebPrint EX is not displayed with Internet Explorer 9
Easy-WebPrint EX does not support Internet Explorer 9.
NOTE: The latest version is Ver.1.2.1 as of March 14, 2011.

Solution
To continue using Easy-WebPrint EX, uninstall Internet Explorer 9, then install Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8.

How do I resolve the error "This application has failed to start because PICSDK.dll was not found" in Windows?
If you experience the following error when you start EPSON Print CD, EPSON Easy Photo Print, or another EPSON Creativity Suite program (Copy Utility, File Manager, Darkroom Print, RAW Print), then you must reinstall EPSON EasyPrintModule:
"This application has failed to start because PICSDK.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Download and install the latest version of EPSON EasyPrintModule from your product's Drivers & Software section on the Epson Support website. If it is not listed, click here to download version 3.1b.
