      When I try to copy and paste in Excel 2007 I get the error "can't empty clipboard".

      Yeah baby, finally something that works!  Pesky Skype add-in!!

      Just for reference:  Windows7, Office 2007, after disabling and enabling the Skype add-in in IE the issue is now repeatable: when IE is running the error appears, when IE is not the copy and past operation happens with no unwanted messages.
