How do I set up email on my iPhone?
Tap on the 'Mail' icon or go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account, and select from either one of the pre determined e-mail providers or tap 'Other.' Complete the required information and tap 'Save.'

There are two things you need to do to set up your phone for picture messaging and mobile internet access:
1) Device configuration - First, please watch the video. This shows you how to send the settings (as a text message) to your phone from the Support area on our website. The text message contains all the settings you need to get your phone up and running. Getting the right settings solves many setup problems.

I've blocked my phone, what can I do?
To unblock your phone you’ll need a PUK (Phone Unlocking Key) number. You can get a PUK number online by signing in or registering for Your Account.
