    Can I change my calling plan if I'm still within a current contract?

    • If you're already signed up to one of our calling plans you may not be able to change. We generally let you 'upgrade' (for example from the Unlimited Weekend Plan to the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan) but not downgrade until the end of your contract.

      If you have a BT.com account, log in at My BT and click on Calling Plan to see your upgrade options.
