    Do I need to speak to my existing supplier in order to move all my services (including line rental) to BT?

    • If you are transferring your existing phone number to BT then we will cancel your telephone service for you. You may have to contact your supplier to cancel any additional services provided by them. However, if you don't wish to bring your current phone number to your new BT account, then you will need to cancel services from your existing provider.
