How much notice should I give BT if I want to use the moving home service?

To ensure that everything's in place on the day you move into your new home, please give us as much notice as possible. Usually we can get you up and running within five working days of contacting us to request the moving home service, and we aim to beat this where possible. Please note that if you wish to move your broadband as well as your phone services, then this requires a minimum of five full working days.
