    I'm moving home - what do I need to do?

    • Just make one simple call to move your BT Vision, BT Broadband and phone line to your new address.

      When you call, please tell us:

      1. When you're moving
      2. Your current telephone number
      3. Your BT account number (you can find this at the top of your latest BT bill)
      4. The address of your new property, including postcode (if you don't know it, please use theRoyal Mail Postcode Finder)
      5. The telephone number of your new property (if you know it)

      Please call us on 0800 800 150, at least five working days before you want to move your BT services.

      If there's time left to run on your contracts this will be transferred to your new address. However, if your broadband contract has less than three months to run, a new three-month term will apply at your new address.

      If you want to change the date of your move, please phone us on 0800 800 150 (option 2). Please note: the new date has to be at least five full working days from when you call.
