My BT Hub Phone battery indicator doesn't seem to be working properly

The battery charging indicator of the BT Hub Phone (with the colour screen) did not work properly in version 1134 of the handset software. The problem is fixed in version 1302 of the software.
Please check which version of the software your handset is on and update it if necessary.
