    My Hub Phone 2.1 was registered to my Hub 2.0 but now says 'Searching for Hub'

    • If your Hub Phone 2.1 was previously working fine with the Hub, a simple power cycle of the Hub Phone (turn the phone off, then on again) should fix the problem. Before doing this you should make sure that your Hub is on (not in Power Save mode) and that you're in range of the Hub.

      If you've recently received a replacement Home Hub 2.0 you'll need to register your Hub Phone to the new Hub:

      • Select Menu
      • Scroll to Register Handset and press select
      • Press the Wireless Association button on the side of your Hub. The phone and wireless lights will start flashing. Note: in some cases you may need to hold the Wireless Association button for up to three seconds before lights start to flash. Press OK on your Hub Phone.
      • "Registering. Please wait" will appear on the handset screen, followed by "Handset registered".
