    Unable to dial out

    • Do you have the same problem with all your telephones?
      If only one of them is affected, it’s probably a fault with that connection or handset.

      Do you use another supplier for your phone calls?
      If so, dial out using the prefix 1280 (this will route your call via our network, so you will be charged at the normal BT rate). If the call connects, the problem is probably with your call provider’s network – so you need to contact them to have it fixed.


      If nothing previously mentioned has resolved the issue, you can carry out a thorough test to identify the problem.
