What do I do if my moving date changes?

- If your moving date changes, just call us on 0800 800 150 (Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 20:00) and we will gladly amend your requirements. Please note that if you are moving your broadband at the same time, the new date must still be at least 5 full working days from when the orders were first submitted. If this is not the case, the two services will not be delivered on the same day.
