What is a BT Hub Phone?

    • Answer
    • The BT Hub Phone is a digital cordless telephone that works with the BT Home Hub 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0. (However, the Hub Phone isn't compatible with the BT Home Hub 3 which doesn't support Broadband Talk.) You use the Hub Phone to make calls over your BT Broadband line. The Hub Phone will also make and receive landline calls.

Using the Hub Phone with Broadband Talk gives you many of the benefits of having an extra line or lines.

You can have up to five Hub Phones connected to your Home Hub 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 at the same time, as well as a phone connected to the port at the back of these versions of the Hub. You can make up to three outgoing calls simultaneously - two from Hub Phone handsets and one from any phone plugged into the back of the Home Hub.
