- Question
What is the range of my BT Hub Phone?
- Answer
-
The BT Hub Phone has a range of up to 300 metres outdoors when there is a clear line of sight between the Home Hub and the handset. Indoors, the range could be reduced to 50 metres. Thick stone walls can severely affect the range.
The range icon on your handset indicates when you are in range. When it flashes, you are out of range.
When you move out of range of the base, you will hear the out of range tone. This tone is repeated until you move back into range.
