Why doesn't my Home Hub phone ring when I have an incoming call?

If your BT Hub Phone doesn't ring to let you know when you have an incoming call, your BT Broadband Talk service may not be set up correctly. You could also check your call routing settings (e.g. you may have Call Divert in place). It's also possible that the ringer volume may be set too low - check to see if you need to adjust this. Also check your settings on the Hub Manager and the BT Broadband Talk self care pages.
