    • If your connection is dropping here are a few things you can try:

      1. Check the Disconnect Policy

      You have the ability to control how Wi-Fi stays connected.

      To adjust these settings:

      1.  Touch Apps

      2.  Touch Settings

      3.  Touch Wireless & networks

      4.  Touch Wi-Fi Settings

      5.  Touch Wi-Fi disconnect policy

      6.  Choose from one of these options:

      When Screen turns off
      (Note: This will use more mobile data)

      Never when plugged in

      Never
      (Note: Uses more battery power)

      2. Remove and reconnect to the network

      1. Touch Apps

      2. Touch Settings

      3. Touch Wireless & networks

      4. Touch Wi-Fi Settings

      5. Touch the "network name"

      6. Touch Forget

      7. Attempt to reconnect to the network.
