I cannot adjust the focus manually.

If it is difficult to adjust the focus manually, try using [Peaking] to make it easier.
Select [MENU] --> [Camera/Mic] --> (Shooting Assist icon) --> [Peaking] --> color of the enhanced outline.
- The selected color will not be recorded on the image.
- The enhanced outlines may not appear in a dark location.
