I connected the camcorder to a device such as a TV using the USB cable, but the camcorder is not recognized.

To connect the camcorder to another device with the USB cable, turn on the device before connecting.
Also check [USB LUN SETTING] in the menu.
If the camcorder is not recognized with the default setting [MULTI], change the setting to [SINGLE] and try again.
