The following are the solutions for the typical trouble reported from PMB users. If free codecs or codec packs are installed in the computer, the following symptoms may occur. - Videos cannot be edited
- Videos cannot be played back
- AVCHD™ videos cannot be converted to MPEG2 or WMV videos
- AVCHD™ discs cannot be played back
- Blu-ray, AVCHD™ or DVD-Video discs cannot be created
- Thumbnails for some file formats are displayed as
- OS automatically shuts down
- Videos cannot be imported
- Video analysis fails
- The Runtime error occurs when launching PMB

When updating the graphics driver, please use the latest one available from the vendor of your computer or graphics card. When trying to open the Animation GIF file created with [Convert to HTML / Animation GIF] on Internet Explorer, the message "Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working." appears. Q4.
