Recorded images look whitish and blurred.

If the lens of the camcorder is dirty, wipe the dust away on the lens with a soft cloth lightly.
Under the environment of large temperature difference or high humidity, fogged images may be recorded as moisture condensation occurs inside the lens.
In this case, remove the battery and memory card, and dry the camcorder until the condensation disappears.
When you bring your camcorder from a cold place into a warm place, put your camcorder in a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
Remove the bag when the air temperature inside the plastic bag has reached the surrounding temperature (after about one hour).
If the problem persists even if you try the above, the camcorder may need to be repaired.
