    The buttons on the touch panel do not respond at the correct position.

    • Answer
    • If this happens, follow the steps below using the supplied AC adaptor as the power source.

      • Turn on the camcorder.
      • Disconnect all the cables and cords except the AC adaptor, and remove the memory card.
      • Select [CALIBRATION] from the menu.
      • Touch the [X] displayed on the screen with the paint pen.

      * Do not use a sharp-pointed object. The surface of the screen may be damaged.
      * You can't calibrate the LCD screen if it is rotated, or closed with the screen facing out.

      If the problem persists even if you try the above, the camcorder may need to be repaired.

      If this happens, follow the steps below using the supplied AC adaptor as the power source.

      • Turn on the camcorder.
      • Disconnect all the cables and cords except the AC adaptor, and remove the memory card.
      • Select [CALIBRATION] from the menu.
      • Touch the [X] displayed on the screen with the paint pen.

      If the symptom is not improved even if you try the above, the camcorder may need to be repaired.

      1. Turn on the camcorder.
      2. Disconnect all the cables and cords except the AC adaptor, and remove the memory card.
      3. Select [Calibration] from the menu.
      4. Touch [X] displayed on the screen with the corner of memory card or the similar object three times.

      * Do not use a sharp-pointed object. The surface of the screen may be damaged.

      * You cannot calibrate the LCD screen if it is rotated, or closed with the screen facing out.If the problem persists even if you try the above, the camcorder may need to be repaired.
