When installing PMB, I connected the camcorder according to the guidance on the screen. However, the camcorder is not recognized.

If you use Windows® 7 and connect the camcorder to the USB 3.0 port compliant with SuperSpeed USB, the camcorder may not be recognized properly.
Try the other USB 2.0 port. Ask the computer manufacturer for the details of the USB port.
