We recommend the use of the default setting, [ACTIVE] mode for normal recording.
[STANDARD] mode is suitable for recording wide-angle movies, comparing with [ACTIVE] mode. Therefore the movies may become a little unnatural when recorded at telephoto side.
[OFF] is recommended when the camera is free from vibration such as on a tripod.
