All my settings are correct but my iPhone still won't work with my home Wi-Fi connection.

- For some home Wi-Fi connections it may be necessary to add the DNS addresses of your Internet Service Provider to the iPhone.
Firstly you need to find out what the DNS addresses of your ISP/broadband provider are. You may need to access the settings in your Wi-Fi router or contact your ISP to find these.
Once you have the DNS settings of your ISP, on the iPhone go to Settings > General > Network > Wi-Fi.
Select the blue arrow next to the network you are connected to. Select DNS. Change the IP Address to the DNS addresses of your Internet Service Provider.Check out our O2 Guru TV video below:
