How can I stop message content being shown without viewing the text on my iPhone?

- To turn this function off, you must have a pass code lock activated on your iPhone. Go to Settings> General> pass code Lock> enter your pass code lock twice (the default pass code lock is 0000) and switch 'Show SMS preview' off.
