How do I edit the MMS settings on my HD7 phone?

On Windows 7 Phones its not possible to edit the MMS settings. The only way to change the settings is to do a full factory reset.
Please note, that if you do a full factory reset, this will delete all your information from the phone. You'll need to back up your data before you do this.
