Make sure the page you are trying to open is not a bookmark and try typing in the URL instead. If the issue is with a bookmark, then edit the bookmark and save it again.
If the page you are trying to view starts to load but fails, try clearing the browser cache. To do this, from the Browser
open the Menu
and select Options, and clear Content Cache and Cookie Cache.
If this hasn’t resolved the problem remove the battery whilst the phone is still switched on and reset it by putting the battery back in, then try the below depending on what software you have on your phone –
- Handheld software v6.0,go to Options
then Device and Advanced System Settings. Select Host Routing Table, click on the menu key and select Register Now. This will resend the the basic service books to your device.
- Handheld software v5.0, go to Options
then Advanced Options and select Host Routing Table, click on the menu key and select Register Now. This will resend the basic service books to your device.
- Handheld software v6.0,go to Options
