My phone is not ringing or vibrating when I receive a call or message?

You may have switched your phone onto another profile which has different settings.
From the Home Screen go to Profiles/Sounds/Alerts and check what profile your phone is using.
You can edit the way you are alerted for calls, sms, facebook and much more here by selecting ‘change sounds and alerts. Also check within the profile you have selected that sound and vibration is switched to on.
If you are running Handheld Software v6.0 or above there is a short cut to open your profile in the top left corner, which looks like this
allowing you to access and changes alerts quickly.
