My phone is not using the correct ring tone?

You may have switched your phone onto another profile.
From the Home Screen go to Profiles/Sounds/Alerts and check what profile your device is using. You can edit the way you are alerted for calls, sms, facebook and much more here by selecting ‘change sounds and alerts’. If you are running Handheld Software v6.0 or above there is a short cut to open your profile in the top left corner, which looks like this
allowing you to access and changes alerts quickly.
