    how do I set up my iPhone to use BT Openzone’s hotspots?

    • The first time you connect to a hotspot you'll need to enter your mobile phone number and WiFi password, after that your iPhone will connect automatically.

      1. Ensure that you have W-Fi switched on by tapping Settings > General > Network > WiFi, and making sure that the WiFi switch is on.

      2. When you are in range of a BT Openzone hotspot a pop-up will appear on your iPhone asking if you want to connect to WiFi Zone - BT Openzone. Select yes.

      3. A web page will then automatically open, asking you to select your mobile provider.  Chooseorange.

      4. You will then be asked to enter your mobile phone number and password which you will have received by text message.

      You are now connected to the Internet. The next time you are in range of a BT Openzone hotspot your iPhone will connect automatically without asking you for your phone number or password.
