      • You can reset your BT Openzone via Your Account:

        • Go to Your Account.
        • Go to help and support.
        • Select reset Wi-Fi password.

        Your new password will be displayed on the screen, you'll also receive a confirmation text to your handset.

      • You can also reset your BT Openzone via the Your Orange app.

        • Download 'Your Orange' from the Apple App Store.
        • Launch Your Orange from your home screen.
        • Tap Your Account.
        • Log in with your mobile number and your Your Account password.
        • Tap the Wi-Fi padlock icon.

        Your new password will then be displayed on the screen, you'll also receive a confirmation text to your handset.

      • You can also call us on one of the following numbers and ask for a reminder of your iPhone Wi-Fi password. We'll then send it directly to your phone by text message.

        • Pay monthly customers call 150 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100150 from any other phone.

        • Pay as you go customers call 450 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100450 from any other phone.

        • Business customers call 345 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100345 from any other phone.
