You can reset your BT Openzone via Your Account:
- Go to Your Account.
- Go to help and support.
- Select reset Wi-Fi password.
Your new password will be displayed on the screen, you'll also receive a confirmation text to your handset.
You can also reset your BT Openzone via the Your Orange app.
- Download 'Your Orange' from the Apple App Store.
- Launch Your Orange from your home screen.
- Tap Your Account.
- Log in with your mobile number and your Your Account password.
- Tap the Wi-Fi padlock icon.
Your new password will then be displayed on the screen, you'll also receive a confirmation text to your handset.
You can also call us on one of the following numbers and ask for a reminder of your iPhone Wi-Fi password. We'll then send it directly to your phone by text message.
Pay monthly customers call 150 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100150 from any other phone.
Pay as you go customers call 450 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100450 from any other phone.
Business customers call 345 from your Orange phone, or 07973 100345 from any other phone.
