You can submit grief reports directly from your PS3 system.
You can submit a report on unwelcome or harassing messages received via Friends on the XMB (XrossMediaBar) menu.
To submit a grief report, select the message under [Friends], press the Triangle button, and then select [Grief Report].
Alternatively, visit https://secure.eu.playstation.com/ps3/support/grief-reportingon your PC to submit a grief report.
