Where is Q Music Unlimited available? 

Q Music Unlimited is currently available in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy and Germany only.

Can I access Q Music Unlimited on other devices apart from PS3?

Q Music Unlimited is initially available across Sony's 2010 models of network-enabled BRAVIA TVs, Blu-ray Disc players and Blu-ray Home Theatre systems, as well as PlayStation 3 systems, and personal computers, including VAIOs. Over time, it will become available on a range of Sony's portable devices as well as Android-based mobile devices and other portable devices.
