How do I remove the pairing with my headset on my Samsung S5830 Galaxy Ace?

- Tap the Menu key
Tap Settings
Tap Wireless and networks
Tap Bluetooth settings
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled, then tap Scan devices
Tap and hold the required Bluetooth headset
Tap Disconnect and unpair.
