How do I stop unsolicited text messages being sent to me?

Short of placing a total text messaging bar on your phone, there is little Vodafone can do to prevent you from receiving text messages.
There are many ways in which third parties may have got your mobile phone number in order to send these unsolicited messages, particularly from download websites. Some parties simply randomly pick numbers to target with their messages.
You should always:- reply to the sender with the word STOP
- forward the unwanted text messages to VSPAM (shortcode 87726) if you continue to receive them.
