Before you can set up your BlackBerry to connect to the internet you need to make sure that your price plan includes BlackBerry services.
Your price plan includes BlackBerry services if GPRSor EDGE displays in capital letters or if the 3G symbol has the 4 dot BlackBerry symbol next to it in the top right handside of the screen.- Press Menu
- Select Browser.
