    Why can't I receive picture messages?

      If you are unable to receive picture messages on your phone, the first thing to do is use the link below and follow the simple steps under picture messaging. In most cases this will resolve your problem.

      Can't receive picture messages

      If you have been through these steps and are still having trouble there are two most likely causes:

      Phone settings - In order to send or receive picture messages on your phone, you need to have the correct settings in place. They could be wrong for several reasons but it is easy to confirm this and rectify any problem, just go to our Phone and device support and pick your make and model of phone.
      Then select Configuration settings on the right hand side of the page - for most models we can send the settings directly to your phone - just follow the prompts.

      Account settings - As your network provider, Vodafone needs to set up the capability to send and receive picture messages on your account.
      If you think this may not have been done, simply contact us to confirm. If it is not set up we can easily sort it out for you.
