You receive a statement every quarter.
If you manage your account online (instead of getting paper bills) we will send you an email when your statement is available. You will also be able to see a record of all of your previous payments made against your account.

You just need your customer reference number, which you'll find on any of our bills or letters.Tip: The best way to make sure your bills and payments match your energy usage is to give us an up-to-date meter reading regularly.
