I used to get a "No Usage Bonus" but now I don't. Why is that?

We're removing the No Usage Bonus as customer feedback shows it doesn't benefit you as it should.
Instead, the HomeCare® discount or charge calculation rewards you based on a number of different factors, including the extent to which you've used our services over the last 2 years.
