I've lost my Payment Card: how do I get a new one?

To get a new card, call us on 0800 048 0202*. There is a charge of £5, which we add to your account. Your new card should take 10 working days to arrive.
If it hasn't arrived yet and you need to make your next payment, you can:
- make a payment online by debit or credit card
- pay by phone, using our 24 hour automated service on
0800 107 0224,* using a debit or credit card
It's quick and easy to register for an online account.
You just need your customer reference number, which you'll find on any of our bills or statements.
