I've moved home: how do I change my HomeCare®?

You can change your HomeCare® agreement online, log in now.
Don't have an online account yet? Get your Homecare® agreement number from one of our letters and register for an online account.
If you don't need HomeCare® in your new home, you can cancel your HomeCare® agreement by calling us on 0800 365 100.* (8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm Saturday.)
*Calls may be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
