My account is in debit. Can I pay a lump sum and reduce my Direct Debits?

Monthly fixed Direct Debit payments are the same every month but as energy usage is usually higher in winter, some people build up a debit because they're using more energy than they're paying for. This should level out over the summer - but if you prefer you can make a
payment online now.Alternatively, send us an online enquiry or call us on 0800 048 0202* to pay off the debit on your account. We can also review your monthly Direct Debit payments.
