    Why did I get an estimated bill when I gave you my EnergySmart™ meter reading?

    • There are usually a few days between the date we ask for the meter reading and the date we calculate your bill. We always take your meter readings into account but have to estimate your energy usage for those extra few days.

      If the estimate was slightly out, this will right itself next month when you send us your next meter reading.
